From the date item was delivered:

Up to 7 days: We replace items that arrive broken or break within 7 days of delivery
8 to 30 days: We issue a 50% discount to repurchase the item
31 to 90 days: We issue a 25% discount to repurchase the item

*Please email info@shopcannastyle.com with your order number, photos of the broken piece, and photos of the carton, label and packing list if you have it.
