I had to replace this piece because I’m so clumsy. But CannaStyle makes buying replacement parts easy. There is a list of which hardware to get for which piece. Very helpful. Thanks.
I ordered and received replacement parts for my cute strawberry bong. They came in a timely manner and fit perfectly. I’m back in business😊 I also received some cute surprise stickers in my order.

Their customer support is amazing! I broke the stem to my strawberry bong and was able to order a new replacement the same day I emailed the customer support line!
I was unsure if the large stem would fit my Pretty in Pink bong because it is pretty small. However, it ended up fitting perfectly fine. It can fit a variety of sizes and is great quality!
I'm super clumsy and broke the original one super fast when I was cleaning it. They don't have the link directly for a down stem, you have to email them but it ended up being a really quick process and I ordered 2 replacements for my clumsy self and they came pretty quickly !
