It's perfect for the use! I tend to struggle with passing along, this helps a lot! It's adjustable. It takes a little getting used to as far as where on the tip to place inside the 'hands' holder, but easy enough to figure out. Plus there is a tension bead to hold the grip in place.

Works for all sizes of joints. Really cute and adjustable
