ARE YOUR ORDERS SHIPPED DISCREETLY?
Yes! All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or white envelopes with a return address of "Shipping Department".
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
If an item is listed on our website as sold out, we are working on restocking it. To be the first to get notified of restocks, please sign up for our email list at the bottom of this page. We don't send emails very often, only for restocks, se we promise we won't fill your inbox with junk.
WHAT IF I BUY A PIECE OF GLASS AND IT ARRIVES BROKEN?
Don't worry! If you package arrives with a broken piece, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a photo of the broken product and we will send you out a new one.

DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We are working on that as part of our product selection. In the meantime if you have a slide/bowl or downstem that breaks, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we will try our best get a replacement piece for you.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after they are made. You will get an email when your order ships with the tracking number.

We ship to USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Australia.
I'M TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT IT WON'T GO THROUGH, WHAT DO I DO?
