I received my bong and I LOVE IT!! Unfortunately after a couple days I was rinsing it, when I started to dry the straw part of the bong, it broke clean off. But I did reach out to customer service and Erica, didn’t hesitate and immediately sent me a new one for free!! I get a lot of pieces from them and I absolutely love them!! Great Customer service is the cherry on top!

These juice boxes are the best. I've also used the silicone ones and they're good also. I recommend this product to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not sure if anyone else had this issue but be cautious if you wash with alcohol/salt! I've only had mine only a month and I didn't know the glass print/paint was going to shed off after cleaning it. :o( Not all of it but enough to make it a big bummer.
I still love my piece and it was at least easy to clean!
