Hits like a champ that's for sure. BUT it will be annoying to clean I haven't used it enough to get to that point but there is no down stem to remove and no way to reach the inside. The only way to empty out your used water is through the mouth piece. It's hard to hit a bowl if don't have it perfectly flat and any angling gets you some dirty water on your lap when you pull your bowl out. Very cute and love the aesthetic though
