Replaced my whole order because the bowl and downstem came broken. Such an easy process to get it replaced and went above and beyond, such an awesome company!!!
My friend got me this piece about 2 years ago and I love it so much. It's so durable, so pretty, it feels so whimsical and playful and all my friends love it. Cleaning it is really easy and the bowl piece is universal (had to replace that lol) I've had a handful of pieces like this before but this is hands down the most durable piece I've owned. Definitely worth the price. If you're thinking about it, do it.
First beauty got dropped after 2 years and shattered had to surprise the wife with a new one for her birthday. Love this bong and almost use it daily.
