My first piece came broken and I reached out to the shop as soon as I found out. The next day, they sent out a second shipment and I received it a week later. The piece is so beautiful, I got it as a gift for my best friend and she absolutely loved it. I definitely will be buying again from this shop! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
